2020 Valley Cub Winter Adventure 

What is it?

• A winter day event full of fun activities like sledding, broom hockey, BB gun range, ice fishing and more. Open to all Cub Scouts of all districts, their families and friends!!!

When?

• Saturday, March 14th from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Where?

• Camp Tahosa, 173 County Road # 96, Ward, Colorado 80481

Supervision?

• A parent or guardian must accompany and be responsible for each Cub Scout and other family members for the entire event.

Cost?

• $12 per youth: Scouts, friends and/or siblings 6 years old and up.
• $12 per adult and adult staff
• $8 Day Time Volunteer 
• $12 Over Night Volunteer 

Food & Patches

• Lunch is included in the price. Patches will be available for each paid youth while supplies last.

What to Bring?

• Each family is responsible for their own equipment for the day’s Event.

Need to bring Medical forms part A & B. Other suggested items to bring:

• Camp Chairs, blanket, snacks, water bottle, hydration packs, etc. *Sled* for sledding
• Warm clothes, gloves, hat, coat, snow boots. *Helmet* for all activities on or across the ice.
• Water bottle, flashlight, sunscreen, sunglasses, Insect repellent, camera.

Weather?

• This is a “snow or shine” event. Be Prepared.

Registration?

• Online at the Valley District website www.valleyscouters.org, or by turning in the registration form at the Denver Area Council office before February 28th.

Insurance?

• Liability as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance is provided for all registered members and leaders of the Denver Area Council.Bring medical forms part A & B

Volunteering?

• Eight service hours available to all registered BSA Troop, Crew or Ship members.
