Is there a cost to use the new design tools for newsletters and email? There is no cost but you must request the feature. When you enable the feature, all of your old newsletters will be removed.

What’s the best way to reach support? The best way through the interface at support.doubleknot.com, where you can also track the status of all open tickets.
How do I customize ticket and receipt HTML templates including confirmation emails? Important: This requires knowledge of HTML. Our professional services group can customize these items as a project.
Are there automated reminders for upcoming reservations in the Facilities module? Not at this time. An enhancement request is being considered.
How do I access data in an elist?
Is there an option to stop a person from creating multiple registrations for the same event?
Can you change the information collected for group registration? Yes, in Group Registration Attributes.
Can we send a test notification in facilities? Not at this time. However, you can preview a notification to see what it will look like.
Under Facilities, can the registrant choose the time of their reservation?

How do I update the people in a Group/Elist for an email blast?
For facility reservations, can you limit the number of people per time slot? Yes.
Where is the Donations tab?
Can you link a membership to a reservation after the fact to get member discounts? Yes.
In Facilities, what does “Number of Assets of This Type” mean?
Does Doubleknot have a mobile app for customers? No. All customer-facing pages use responsive design so they display correctly on any kind of device. More discussion of responsive design is available here.
